In order to align quality and productive Indonesian human resource needs in accordance with work competency standards both nationally and internationally with learning outcomes (learning outcomes) that are in accordance with graduate competency standards produced by the formal, informal, non-formal, training and work experience systems recognized by the system of recognition of past learning and current capabilities.
